Imported condoms are manufactured for sale in the USA and does not carry any approval from any testing authorities outside USA. Accordingly, imported condoms are sold for novelty purposes only. By purchasing these imported condoms, you have acknowledged and understood the above warnings. Imported condoms are not for sale in Singapore.

Pricing
All prices and P&P charges are stated  in Singapore Dollars.

Any product may be discontinued temporarily or permanently at any time without giving notice. We reserve the right to change the price or any other product detail at any time without giving notice. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement with the client in the event of price entry error. We reserve the right to not supply goods to any person for any reason, including for reasons of fraud prevention. We reserve the right to exclude any or all products from any discount scheme or promotion at any time without giving notice.

Out of Stock items
All products offered are subject to availability.
A product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when we restock. If we are unable to get new stock within a reasonable time we reserve the right to supply alternative products of the same value or issue a refund for the items. 

Returns Policy

You can return items purchased within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Condoms or ring must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.  For hygiene reasons, please do not return used condoms or ring that has come into contact with bodily fluids. 

Items must be properly packaged (we will not refund items which are damaged in the post whilst being returned). Please send an email to info@allaboutcondoms.com.sg to request for a return authorization number. Do not return any items without first getting a return authorization number from us.

We recommend you send items by registered mail. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement. We will re-ship the exchanged items at no extra cost.  Refunds will be paid through cheque. 

Please be assure that the integrity of the condoms’ packaging is individually inspected when they are packed.  AllAboutCondoms shall not be liable for any inherent production defects of the condoms.

Risk Of Loss
All items purchased at AllAboutCondoms are being shipped in accordance with the postal / courier service contract. This means that the risk of loss to such items will be passed to the purchaser upon our delivery to a courier or postal service. Please be assured that your orders are personally process at the Post office.  Therefore no request for refunds for lost mails will be entertained.  Overseas clients are strongly advised to select the registered mail option.
