Packaging
Orders are packaged in discrete plain envelopes with no indication of our company logo or name on the mailing labels.
The condoms are packed in our unique condom holder without the original
box to allow easy postage handling. Clients may request that their purchase come
with the original box. All orders come with instruction
booklet.
Return address
The Return address on the package reads "Neighbourhood Inc,
followed by our shipping address". “AllAboutCondoms” name will not appear
on the outside of your package.

The
following are the shipping rates for Zone 1 (Malaysia, Brunei),
Zone 2 (Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Vietnam,
China and Taiwan) and Zone 3.
Normal mail are unregistered and unable to track if they are
reported lost. You are strongly encouraged to choose the
registered mail rate to ensure that your purchases reach you
safely. Please allow 8-14 days for delivery.
Accuracy of shipping information
Please make sure your information is correct on your order form. All orders are shipped to the address EXACTLY as it is entered on the order form at checkout. Shipping labels are printed automatically from your input so
please be sure to check and double check your address. If any item is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient address, we will charge an additional shipping fee of
S$7.50 to reship your order by post.
If we are unable to reship your order, we will credit your card the original purchase price minus a $2.00 shipping and handling fee. Please be sure to check your address.
Risk Of Loss
All items purchased at AllAboutCondoms are shipped in accordance with the postal service contract. This means that the risk of loss to such items will be passed to the
purchaser upon our delivery to the postal service. Please be assured that your orders are personally process at the Post office. Therefore no request for refunds for lost mails will be entertained
